चलिताः पर्वताः स्थानात्क्षुभितो मकरालयः । धरणी खण्डशो देव वृक्षाश्च निधनं गताः
calitāḥ parvatāḥ sthānātkṣubhito makarālayaḥ | dharaṇī khaṇḍaśo deva vṛkṣāśca nidhanaṃ gatāḥ
পর্বতগুলি স্থানচ্যুত হয়ে কেঁপে উঠল, মকরালয় সমুদ্র উত্তাল হলো। হে দেব! পৃথিবী খণ্ড খণ্ড হয়ে গেল, আর বৃক্ষসমূহ বিনষ্ট হলো।
