यदा न धारणे शक्तास्तस्य गर्भस्य ताः स्त्रियः । ततस्ताभ्यः स शीतांशुर्निपपात वसुंधराम्
yadā na dhāraṇe śaktāstasya garbhasya tāḥ striyaḥ | tatastābhyaḥ sa śītāṃśurnipapāta vasuṃdharām
যখন সেই স্ত্রী-রূপ দিকগুলি ওই গর্ভতত্ত্ব ধারণ করতে অক্ষম হল, তখন শীতরশ্মিধারী সোম তাদের থেকে পতিত হয়ে পৃথিবীতে এসে পড়ল।
