यस्तु भुञ्जति शूद्रान्नं मासमेकं निरन्तरम् । इह जन्मनि शूद्रत्वं मृतः शूद्रोऽभिजायते
yastu bhuñjati śūdrānnaṃ māsamekaṃ nirantaram | iha janmani śūdratvaṃ mṛtaḥ śūdro'bhijāyate
যে ব্যক্তি এক মাস অবিরত শূদ্র-অন্ন ভোজন করে, সে এই জন্মেই শূদ্রত্ব লাভ করে; এবং মৃত্যুর পরে শূদ্র-যোনিতে জন্মায়।
