आपोहिष्ठेति ऋगियं हृदयं परिकीर्त्तितम् । ऋतं सत्यं शिखा प्रोक्ता उदुत्यं नेत्रमादिशेत्
āpohiṣṭheti ṛgiyaṃ hṛdayaṃ parikīrttitam | ṛtaṃ satyaṃ śikhā proktā udutyaṃ netramādiśet
‘আপো হি ষ্ঠা…’—এই ঋগ্বৈদিক মন্ত্রকে হৃদয়রূপে ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে। ‘ঋতং সত্যং…’ শিখা-রূপে কথিত, আর ‘উদু ত্যং…’ নেত্র-রূপে বিনিয়োজ্য।
