उपवासो बलाज्जातो ह्यन्नाभावाद्वयोरपि । पद्मैरेभिर्हरः पूज्यो द्वाभ्यामेवाद्य निश्चयम्
upavāso balājjāto hyannābhāvādvayorapi | padmairebhirharaḥ pūjyo dvābhyāmevādya niścayam
আমাদের দুজনেরই অন্নাভাবের কারণে বাধ্য হয়ে এই উপবাস হয়েছে। অতএব আজ নিশ্চিতভাবে এই পদ্মগুলিই দিয়ে আমরা দুজনেই হর (শিব)-এর পূজা করব।
