ततः पाशुपतं नाम तस्यास्त्रं परमं ददौ । स्मरणेनापि शत्रूणां यस्य संजायते क्षयः
tataḥ pāśupataṃ nāma tasyāstraṃ paramaṃ dadau | smaraṇenāpi śatrūṇāṃ yasya saṃjāyate kṣayaḥ
তখন তিনি তাঁকে ‘পাশুপত’ নামে পরম দিব্য অস্ত্র দান করলেন; যার কেবল স্মরণমাত্রেই শত্রুদের বিনাশ সংঘটিত হয়।
