Tirtha: Prabhāsa
Type: kshetra
Listener: Rājarṣi (royal sage)

The approval occurs within the ongoing Arbuda tīrtha narrative; the sanctity is implied by the surrounding māhātmya context.
The performance of saktudāna (donation of parched flour) as an 'uttama' (excellent) form of charity.
