गंतुमिच्छंस्ततोऽधस्ताद्यावद्वेगं करोति सः । तावत्तस्यार्चिभिर्दग्धः कृष्णत्वं समपद्यत
gaṃtumicchaṃstato'dhastādyāvadvegaṃ karoti saḥ | tāvattasyārcibhirdagdhaḥ kṛṣṇatvaṃ samapadyata
আরও নীচে যেতে ইচ্ছুক হয়ে সে সর্ববেগে অগ্রসর হল; কিন্তু তাঁর জ্যোতির শিখায় দগ্ধ হয়ে সে কৃষ্ণবর্ণ ধারণ করল।
