ययातिरुवाच । किमर्थं भगवन्वह्निः पुरा नष्टो द्विजोत्तम । कथं तत्रैव लब्धस्तु कौतुकं मे महामुने
yayātiruvāca | kimarthaṃ bhagavanvahniḥ purā naṣṭo dvijottama | kathaṃ tatraiva labdhastu kautukaṃ me mahāmune
যযাতি বললেন: হে ভগবান! হে দ্বিজশ্রেষ্ঠ! প্রাচীনকালে অগ্নিদেব কী কারণে লুপ্ত হয়েছিলেন? এবং তিনি সেখানে কীভাবে পুনরায় প্রাপ্ত হলেন? হে মহামুনি, আমার মনে এই কৌতূহল জেগেছে।
