मणिकर्णिकोवाच । यदि मां मुनयस्तुष्टाः प्रयच्छथ वरं मुदा । यदत्रास्ति महालिंगं मन्नाम्ना तद्भविष्यति
maṇikarṇikovāca | yadi māṃ munayastuṣṭāḥ prayacchatha varaṃ mudā | yadatrāsti mahāliṃgaṃ mannāmnā tadbhaviṣyati
মণিকর্ণিকা বললেন: 'হে মুনিগণ! যদি আপনারা আমার প্রতি সন্তুষ্ট হয়ে থাকেন এবং সানন্দে বর দিতে চান, তবে এখানকার এই মহালিঙ্গ আমার নামে পরিচিত হোক।'
