कन्यकां संपरित्यज्य तवान्वयविवर्द्धिताम् । यः करिष्यति तत्पूजामाहारः स्यात्स मातृषु
kanyakāṃ saṃparityajya tavānvayavivarddhitām | yaḥ kariṣyati tatpūjāmāhāraḥ syātsa mātṛṣu
কন্যাকে ব্যক্তিগত অধিকারের বস্তু বলে ত্যাগ করে, তাকে তোমার বংশবর্ধিনী জেনে যে তার পূজা করবে—সে মাতৃগণের প্রসাদ লাভ করবে; তার আহার-জীবিকা সুরক্ষিত হবে।
