śāṃḍilyuvāca | manasāpi mayā dhyātaṃ śubhaṃ vā yadivā'śubham | nānyathā jāyate deva viśeṣātkopayuktayā
Śāṇḍilya
Type: kshetra
Listener: Śrī Bhagavān (Deva)
Scene: Śāṇḍilya states that even mental conception—good or bad—does not turn out otherwise, especially when fueled by anger; a cautionary, introspective moment.
Anger intensifies karmic consequences; inner intention (even mental) is spiritually consequential.
No site is directly praised in this verse; it provides the ethical logic behind the remedial path that follows.
None; it is a doctrinal statement about mind, anger, and karmic result.
