Transliteration

anyaḥ śakraḥ prakartavyo maṃtravīryasamudbhavaḥ | ātharvaṇairmahāsūktairābhicārikasaṃbhavaiḥ

Translation

‘মন্ত্রশক্তি থেকে উদ্ভূত আরেক ইন্দ্র সৃষ্টি করতে হবে—আথর্বণ মহাসূক্ত দ্বারা, যা অভিচার-ক্রিয়া থেকে উৎপন্ন।’
