दक्ष उवाच । मया धर्म्यमपि प्रोक्तो वाक्यमेष कुबुद्धिमान् । नाकरोन्मे पुरः प्रोच्य करिष्यामीत्य सत्यवाक्
dakṣa uvāca | mayā dharmyamapi prokto vākyameṣa kubuddhimān | nākaronme puraḥ procya kariṣyāmītya satyavāk
দক্ষ বললেন—আমি তাকে ধর্মসম্মত বাক্যও বলেছিলাম, কিন্তু সেই কুবুদ্ধি তা পালন করল না। আমার সামনে ‘করব’ বলে প্রতিজ্ঞা করেও সে নিজের কথায় মিথ্যা প্রমাণিত হল।
