एष त्रयोदशोनाम सुविख्यातो नियंत्रकः । समंतात्कृमिभिर्व्याप्तस्तथा च दृढबन्धनैः
eṣa trayodaśonāma suvikhyāto niyaṃtrakaḥ | samaṃtātkṛmibhirvyāptastathā ca dṛḍhabandhanaiḥ
এই ত্রয়োদশ নরক ‘নিয়ন্ত্রক’ নামে সুপরিচিত। চারিদিকে কৃমিতে পরিপূর্ণ এবং দৃঢ়, অচল বন্ধনে আবদ্ধ।
