षडक्षरेण मंत्रेण शैवेन विहिताः सुराः । शूद्र उवाच । व्रतचर्या त्वया या सा प्रोक्ता संजा यते कथम्
ṣaḍakṣareṇa maṃtreṇa śaivena vihitāḥ surāḥ | śūdra uvāca | vratacaryā tvayā yā sā proktā saṃjā yate katham
শৈব ষড়ক্ষর মন্ত্রে দেবগণকে বিধিপূর্বক দীক্ষিত করা হল। শূদ্র বলল—“আপনি যে ব্রত-চর্যার কথা বলেছেন, তা যথাযথভাবে কীভাবে গ্রহণ করা হয়?”
