जंबूद्वीपस्य संज्ञेयं फलेन च विजायते । मन्त्रेणानेन विप्रेंद्र श्रद्धाधर्मसुसंयतैः
jaṃbūdvīpasya saṃjñeyaṃ phalena ca vijāyate | mantreṇānena vipreṃdra śraddhādharmasusaṃyataiḥ
এই জাম্বু-ফল থেকেই ‘জম্বুদ্বীপ’ নামের অর্থ বোঝা উচিত; যেন এই ফল থেকেই তার জন্ম। হে ব্রাহ্মণশ্রেষ্ঠ, শ্রদ্ধা ও ধর্মে সংযতরা এই মন্ত্রে তা সম্পাদন করুক।
