ततो मे जायते दुःखं तेषां पतन संभवम् । कस्यचित्त्वथ कालस्य संजातं वलयत्रयम् । तस्या हस्ते ततस्ताभ्यां शब्दः संजायते मिथः
tato me jāyate duḥkhaṃ teṣāṃ patana saṃbhavam | kasyacittvatha kālasya saṃjātaṃ valayatrayam | tasyā haste tatastābhyāṃ śabdaḥ saṃjāyate mithaḥ
তখন তাদের পতনের আশঙ্কায় আমার অন্তরে দুঃখ জাগল। কিছু কাল পরে তার হাতে তিনটি বালা দেখা দিল; আর সেগুলি পরস্পর আঘাতে খনখন শব্দ তুলতে লাগল।
