pṛthivyādīni bhūtāni yāni proktāni paṃca ca | paṃcarūpāṇi deveśi pūjāṃ gṛhṇa namo'stu te

পৃথিবী প্রভৃতি যে পাঁচ ভূত বলা হয়েছে, হে দেবেশী, সেগুলিই তোমার পঞ্চরূপ। এই পূজা গ্রহণ করো; তোমাকে নমস্কার।
