Transliteration

pṛthivyāpaśca tejaśca vāyurākāśameva ca | sṛṣṭyarthaṃ rakṣayedeṣā tataḥ syātpaṃcapiṃḍikā

Translation

পৃথিবী, জল, তেজ, বায়ু ও আকাশ—এই পাঁচটিকে তিনি সৃষ্টির কল্যাণার্থে রক্ষা করেন; তাই তিনি ‘পঞ্চপিণ্ডিকা’ নামে খ্যাত।
