ततः प्रभृति विख्यातमश्वतीर्थं धरातले । गंगातीरे शुभे पुण्ये कान्यकुब्जसमीपगम् । यस्मिन्स्नाने कृते मर्त्यो वाजिमेधफलं लभेत्
tataḥ prabhṛti vikhyātamaśvatīrthaṃ dharātale | gaṃgātīre śubhe puṇye kānyakubjasamīpagam | yasminsnāne kṛte martyo vājimedhaphalaṃ labhet
সেই সময় থেকে পৃথিবীতে অশ্বতীর্থ প্রসিদ্ধ হল—গঙ্গার শুভ পুণ্য তীরে, কান্যকুব্জের নিকটে। সেখানে স্নান করলে মর্ত্য অশ্বমেধ যজ্ঞের ফল লাভ করে।
