प्रोवाच परितुष्टोऽस्मि मत्तः प्रार्थय वांछितम् । अहं ते संप्रदास्यामि दुर्लभं त्रिदशैरपि
provāca parituṣṭo'smi mattaḥ prārthaya vāṃchitam | ahaṃ te saṃpradāsyāmi durlabhaṃ tridaśairapi
শিব বললেন—“আমি সম্পূর্ণ প্রসন্ন। আমার কাছে যা ইচ্ছা বর প্রার্থনা কর; দেবতাদের পক্ষেও যা দুর্লভ, তাও আমি তোমাকে প্রদান করব।”
