अथ ता ब्राह्मणेंद्राणां भार्याः सर्वाः द्विजोत्तमाः । दमयंत्याः समासाद्य प्रासादं स्नेहवत्सलाः
atha tā brāhmaṇeṃdrāṇāṃ bhāryāḥ sarvāḥ dvijottamāḥ | damayaṃtyāḥ samāsādya prāsādaṃ snehavatsalāḥ
তখন সেই ব্রাহ্মণশ্রেষ্ঠদের পত্নীগণ—সকলেই সদ্গুণসম্পন্ন দ্বিজোত্তমা রমণী—স্নেহভরে দময়ন্তীর প্রাসাদে উপস্থিত হলেন।
