आशां कृत्वाभ्युपायातं निराशं नेक्षितुं क्षमाः । भवंति साधवस्तस्माज्जीवितान्मरणं वरम्
āśāṃ kṛtvābhyupāyātaṃ nirāśaṃ nekṣituṃ kṣamāḥ | bhavaṃti sādhavastasmājjīvitānmaraṇaṃ varam
আশা নিয়ে যে এসেছে এবং পরে নিরাশ হয়েছে, তাকে দেখতে সাধুগণ সক্ষম নন; তাই তাঁদের কাছে জীবনের চেয়ে মৃত্যু শ্রেয়।
