यावन्न हरिणाक्षीणामपांगविवरेक्षिताः । मया व्यवसितं चित्ते तदानीं तां जिहीर्षुणा
yāvanna hariṇākṣīṇāmapāṃgavivarekṣitāḥ | mayā vyavasitaṃ citte tadānīṃ tāṃ jihīrṣuṇā
যতক্ষণ মৃগনয়নীদের চোখের কোণের কাটাক্ষ আমাকে বিদ্ধ করেনি, ততক্ষণ আমার চিত্তের সংকল্প দৃঢ় ছিল; কিন্তু তাকে হরণ করার বাসনা জাগতেই তা টলে গেল।
