इन्द्रद्युम्न उवाच । मदीयं सुकृतं ब्रह्मन्कथं भूमौ भवेदिति । किं कर्तव्यं मया नैतन्मम चेतसि तिष्ठति
indradyumna uvāca | madīyaṃ sukṛtaṃ brahmankathaṃ bhūmau bhavediti | kiṃ kartavyaṃ mayā naitanmama cetasi tiṣṭhati
ইন্দ্রদ্যুম্ন বললেন— হে ব্রহ্মন! আমার সুকৃত কীভাবে পৃথিবীতে (ক্ষয় বা পরিবর্তিত) হতে পারে? আমি কী করব? এ কথা আমার চিত্তে স্থির হয় না।
