बर्बरीक उवाच । अहं कुरुकुलोत्पन्नः पांडुपुत्रस्य पौत्रकः । बर्बरीक इति ख्यातस्तं दैत्यं हंतुमागतः
barbarīka uvāca | ahaṃ kurukulotpannaḥ pāṃḍuputrasya pautrakaḥ | barbarīka iti khyātastaṃ daityaṃ haṃtumāgataḥ
বর্বরীক বললেন—আমি কুরু-কুলে জন্মেছি, পাণ্ডুপুত্রের পৌত্র। ‘বর্বরীক’ নামে খ্যাত আমি সেই দৈত্যকে বধ করতে এসেছি।
