तन्मध्येन ततो याति गात्रोद्वर्त्तप्रभावतः । कारीषैर्नाम चात्युग्रैर्भक्ष्यते नैव कीटकैः
tanmadhyena tato yāti gātrodvarttaprabhāvataḥ | kārīṣairnāma cātyugrairbhakṣyate naiva kīṭakaiḥ
তারপর সে তার মধ্য দিয়ে অতিক্রম করে, গাত্র-উদ্বর্তনের শক্তিতে অগ্রসর হয়। ‘কারীষ’ নামে অতিউগ্র সত্তা থাকলেও, কীটপতঙ্গ তাকে একেবারেই ভক্ষণ করতে পারে না।
