प्रसादयंति तां देवीं नानावेषैः सुदीनवत् । केचिद्ब्राह्मणवेषैश्च तापसानां तथो क्तिभिः
prasādayaṃti tāṃ devīṃ nānāveṣaiḥ sudīnavat | kecidbrāhmaṇaveṣaiśca tāpasānāṃ tatho ktibhiḥ
অত্যন্ত দীন হয়ে তারা নানা বেশ ধারণ করে দেবীকে প্রসন্ন করতে লাগল—কেউ ব্রাহ্মণের বেশে, আর কেউ তপস্বীদের মতো বাক্য ও আচরণে।
