वाक्यज्ञेयेषु भिन्नेषु यत्राभेदः प्रदृश्यते । तत्रातिशयहेतुत्वं तत्सौक्ष्म्यमिति निर्दिशेत्
vākyajñeyeṣu bhinneṣu yatrābhedaḥ pradṛśyate | tatrātiśayahetutvaṃ tatsaukṣmyamiti nirdiśet
বাক্য দ্বারা বোধগম্য বিষয়গুলি ভিন্ন হলেও যেখানে অন্তর্নিহিত একত্ব প্রতীয়মান হয়—উৎকর্ষ-সাধক সম্পর্ককে প্রকাশ করার সেই সামর্থ্যকেই ‘সৌক্ষ্ম্য’ বলা হয়।
