asākṣikeṣu cārtheṣu mitho vivadamānayoḥ | rājadrohābhiśāpeṣu sāhaseṣu tathaiva ca

Translation

যেখানে সাক্ষী নেই এবং দুই পক্ষ পরস্পর বিবাদ করে; রাজদ্রোহের অভিযোগে; শাপ ও নিন্দার প্রসঙ্গে; এবং সাহস/হিংসার কাজে—এমন ক্ষেত্রে দিব্য পরীক্ষা প্রয়োগ করা হয়।
