आविकं परिदध्याच्च ततो वासः सितं च वा । धातुरक्तमथो नव्यं मलिनं संधितं न च
āvikaṃ paridadhyācca tato vāsaḥ sitaṃ ca vā | dhāturaktamatho navyaṃ malinaṃ saṃdhitaṃ na ca
উলের বস্ত্র পরিধান করে পরে শ্বেত বস্ত্র পরবে। ধাতুরক্ত (গেরুয়া/লাল) রঙের বস্ত্রও গ্রহণীয়; তবে তা নতুন হবে, মলিন নয় এবং সেলাই-জোড়া নয়।
