যে জেনে-বুঝে বাধা সৃষ্টি করে, তাকে ব্রহ্মগাতক বলা হয়। আর যে পরনিন্দাকারী হয়ে সকলের দোষ-ছিদ্র খুঁজতেই সদা তৎপর, সেও তদ্রূপ।
