Transliteration

śirasyagastyamādhāya tathaiva ca puraṃdaram | udakyādarśanaṃ sparśaṃ varjyaṃ saṃbhāṣaṇaṃ tathā

Translation

অগস্ত্য ও পুরন্দর (ইন্দ্র)-কে স্মরণে রেখে, ঋতুমতী নারীর দর্শন, স্পর্শ এবং তার সঙ্গে কথাবার্তা—এসব বর্জন করা উচিত।
