रम्यां मनोरमां भूमिं न पश्यामि कथंचन । भृगुरुवाच । विप्राणां स्थापनार्थाय मयापि भ्रमता पुरा
ramyāṃ manoramāṃ bhūmiṃ na paśyāmi kathaṃcana | bhṛguruvāca | viprāṇāṃ sthāpanārthāya mayāpi bhramatā purā
“আমি কোনোভাবেই সত্যই রমণীয় ও মঙ্গলময় ভূমি দেখতে পাই না।” ভৃগু বললেন—“পূর্বে আমিও ব্রাহ্মণদের প্রতিষ্ঠার উদ্দেশ্যে স্থান অন্বেষণ করে ভ্রমণ করেছিলাম।”
