दुर्वृत्तानां स हरति वृत्तस्थानां प्रयच्छति । अनुशास्ति च भूतानि कार्येषु बलवत्तरः
durvṛttānāṃ sa harati vṛttasthānāṃ prayacchati | anuśāsti ca bhūtāni kāryeṣu balavattaraḥ
তিনি দুর্বৃত্তদের থেকে তাদের তেজ ও সৌভাগ্য হরণ করেন, আর সদাচারে প্রতিষ্ঠিতদের যথোচিত স্থান ও ফল দান করেন। কর্মে সর্বশক্তিমান হয়ে তিনি সকল প্রাণীকে তাদের কর্তব্যপথে শাসন ও নিয়ন্ত্রণ করেন।
