स्कंदप्रसादजः पुत्रो लोहिताक्षो भयंकरः । एष वीराष्टकः प्रोक्तः स्कंदमातृगणोऽद्भुतः
skaṃdaprasādajaḥ putro lohitākṣo bhayaṃkaraḥ | eṣa vīrāṣṭakaḥ proktaḥ skaṃdamātṛgaṇo'dbhutaḥ
স্কন্দের প্রসাদে লোহিতাক্ষ নামে ভয়ংকর রূপের এক পুত্র জন্ম নিল। এটিই ‘বীরাষ্টক’ বলে ঘোষিত—স্কন্দমাতৃগণের আশ্চর্য দল।
