मा मा ब्राह्मण भाषिष्ठा विरुद्धमिति शंकरे । महत्तमो याति पुमान्देवदेवस्य निंदया
mā mā brāhmaṇa bhāṣiṣṭhā viruddhamiti śaṃkare | mahattamo yāti pumāndevadevasya niṃdayā
হে ব্রাহ্মণ, শঙ্করকে ‘বিরুদ্ধ’ বা ‘অনুচিত’ বলে কহো না। দেবদেবের নিন্দা করলে মানুষ মহা অন্ধকারে পতিত হয়।
