स तानचिंत्य दैत्येंद्रो देवबाणक्षतान्हृदि । बाणैर्व्योम दिशः पृथ्वीं पूरयामास दानवः
sa tānaciṃtya daityeṃdro devabāṇakṣatānhṛdi | bāṇairvyoma diśaḥ pṛthvīṃ pūrayāmāsa dānavaḥ
কিন্তু সেই দৈত্যেন্দ্র অচিন্ত্যই রইল; দেববাণে হৃদয়ে ক্ষতবিক্ষত হয়েও সে নিজের বাণবৃষ্টিতে আকাশ, দিকসমূহ ও পৃথিবী পূর্ণ করে দিল।
