इत्युक्त्वा पद्मजः कन्यां ससर्ज्जयतलोचनाम् । तामस्मै प्रददौ देवः पत्न्यर्थं पद्मसंभवः
ityuktvā padmajaḥ kanyāṃ sasarjjayatalocanām | tāmasmai pradadau devaḥ patnyarthaṃ padmasaṃbhavaḥ
এ কথা বলে পদ্মজ (ব্রহ্মা) লজ্জায় নতনয়না এক কন্যা সৃষ্টি করলেন। পদ্মসম্ভব দেব তাকে পত্নীরূপে তার হাতে অর্পণ করলেন।
