तथेति स प्रतिज्ञाय सर्वेषां पुरतोद्रिजे । मध्ये वनं प्राविशच्च महाचिंताभयार्दितः
tatheti sa pratijñāya sarveṣāṃ puratodrije | madhye vanaṃ prāviśacca mahāciṃtābhayārditaḥ
“তথাস্তु” বলে সে সকলের সামনে প্রতিজ্ঞা করল; তারপর মহা চিন্তা ও ভয়ে পীড়িত হয়ে পর্বতজাত দেশের মধ্যস্থিত বনে প্রবেশ করল।
