तावत्कालस्तया साध्व्या महान्विघ्नोऽनुमीयते । निमेषांतरितः कालो यो यो व्यथोंगतो मम । लिंगानवेक्षणात्तत्र प्रायश्चित्तं कथं भवेत
tāvatkālastayā sādhvyā mahānvighno'numīyate | nimeṣāṃtaritaḥ kālo yo yo vyathoṃgato mama | liṃgānavekṣaṇāttatra prāyaścittaṃ kathaṃ bhaveta
এই কারণেই সেই সাধ্বী এতটুকু সময়কেও মহাবিঘ্ন বলে মনে করত— ‘আমার যে যে ক্ষণ চোখের পলক পড়ার ব্যবধানে লিঙ্গদর্শন ছাড়া কেটে গেল এবং ব্যথা দিল, তার প্রায়শ্চিত্ত কীভাবে হবে?’
