स च दुंदुभिनिर्ह्राद दैत्येंद्रो बलदर्पितः । व्याघ्र रूपं समास्थाय तमादातुं मतिं दधे
sa ca duṃdubhinirhrāda daityeṃdro baladarpitaḥ | vyāghra rūpaṃ samāsthāya tamādātuṃ matiṃ dadhe
আর সেই দুন্দুভিনির্হ্রাদ নামক দৈত্যেন্দ্র, শক্তির দম্ভে মত্ত হয়ে, ব্যাঘ্ররূপ ধারণ করে তাকে গ্রাস করার সংকল্প করল।
