न केवलं हि पापेभ्यो वाराणस्यां विमुच्यते । प्राकृतेभ्योपि पापेभ्यो मुच्यते शंकराज्ञया
na kevalaṃ hi pāpebhyo vārāṇasyāṃ vimucyate | prākṛtebhyopi pāpebhyo mucyate śaṃkarājñayā
বারাণসীতে মানুষ কেবল পাপ থেকেই মুক্ত হয় না; শঙ্করের আজ্ঞায় সে স্বাভাবিক, জন্মগত দোষ ও অশুচিতাও অতিক্রম করে মুক্তি লাভ করে।
