अनपत्या न तद्राष्ट्रे धनहीनोपि कोपि न । अवृद्धसेवी नो कश्चिदकांडमृतिभाक्च न
anapatyā na tadrāṣṭre dhanahīnopi kopi na | avṛddhasevī no kaścidakāṃḍamṛtibhākca na
সেই রাজ্যে কেউ নিঃসন্তান ছিল না, আর কেউ—ধনহীন হলেও—জীবিকা থেকে বঞ্চিত ছিল না; কেউ অযোগ্যকে সেবা করত না, এবং কারও অকালমৃত্যু ঘটত না।
