nimīlitākṣaḥ sattvastho daṃtairdaṃtānna saṃspṛśet | tālusthācalajihvaśca saṃvṛtāsyaḥ suniścalaḥ
চোখ বন্ধ করে, সত্ত্বগুণে স্থিত হয়ে, দাঁতে দাঁত স্পর্শ না করে, জিহ্বাকে তালুতে স্থির রেখে, মুখ বন্ধ করে সম্পূর্ণ নিশ্চল হয়ে বসবে।
