सर्पिर्लवणतैलादि क्षयेपि च पतिव्रता । पतिं नास्तीति न ब्रूयादायासेषु न योजयेत्
sarpirlavaṇatailādi kṣayepi ca pativratā | patiṃ nāstīti na brūyādāyāseṣu na yojayet
ঘি, লবণ, তেল ইত্যাদি নিঃশেষ হলেও পতিব্রতা স্ত্রী ‘স্বামী নেই’—এ কথা বলবে না। আর স্বামীকে কষ্টসাধ্য পরিশ্রমে নিযুক্তও করবে না।
