न गर्तेषु ससत्वेषु न तिष्ठन्न व्रजन्नपि । गोविप्रसूर्यवाय्वग्नि चंद्रर्क्षांबु गुरूनपि
na garteṣu sasatveṣu na tiṣṭhanna vrajannapi | goviprasūryavāyvagni caṃdrarkṣāṃbu gurūnapi
যেখানে জীব আছে এমন গর্তে দাঁড়িয়ে বা চলতে চলতে মল-মূত্র ত্যাগ করবে না। আর গাভী, ব্রাহ্মণ, সূর্য, বায়ু, অগ্নি, চন্দ্র, নক্ষত্র, জল ও গুরুজনের দিকে মুখ করে তাও করবে না।
