प्रदेशिनी भवेद्यस्या अंगुष्ठाव्यतिरेकिणी । कन्यैव कुलटा सा स्यादेष एव विनिश्चयः
pradeśinī bhavedyasyā aṃguṣṭhāvyatirekiṇī | kanyaiva kulaṭā sā syādeṣa eva viniścayaḥ
যার তর্জনী (পায়ের) আঙুল বড় আঙুলকে অতিক্রম করে, সে ‘প্রদেশিনী’ নামে পরিচিতা। সে কন্যা হলেও কুলটা বলে গণ্য—এটাই স্থির সিদ্ধান্ত।
