अगस्त्य उवाच । पार्वतीनंदन पुनर्द्युनद्याः परितो वद । महिमोक्तो हरौ यद्वद्देवदेवेन वै तदा

অগস্ত্য বললেন—হে পার্বতীনন্দন! দিব্য নদী (গঙ্গা) সম্বন্ধে আবার বিস্তারে বলো—সেই সময় দেবদেব কীভাবে হরির কাছে তার মহিমা ঘোষণা করেছিলেন।
